Before: Dark, closed-off kitchen with poor storage and flow. An eyesore master bathroom that was leaking.
Challenges: Opening up the kitchen for a more cohesive flow to living spaces. Brightening up the bathroom without adding windows.
After: By opening up a wall dividing the kitchen and family room area and creating a more functional layout with an island we were able to bring the spaces together to be more conducive to how families live now. By brightening up materials and adding heated flooring we made this bathroom a year-round warm and bright spot in this home.
